Spring cone crusher is cone crusher which is the earliest appearance in the world, and it is used widest and larger quantity crush mechanism in present. The spring safety system of spring cone crusher serves as an overloading protection system that keeps cone crusher from metal damage. The dry oil and water sealing form of safety system is adopted to make plaster powder and engine oil separate to guarantee reliable performance.

Spring cone crusher is widely applied in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. Cone crusher is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, gritstone, etc. The type of crushing chamber depends upon size of feeding and fineness of crushed product. The standard type (PYB) is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine crushing.

Spring cone crusher consist of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bushing, socket liner, bowl-shaped bearing, main shaft sleeve, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shells to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.
